Using an app published by Timeless Games, including Offender Map, means you accept these terms.

Purpose

Our safety apps present public registry information for personal awareness. The data originates from state governments; we do not author it and cannot guarantee any record is complete, current, or correct.

Rules

• Never use the apps to harass, threaten, or harm anyone. That can be a crime, and it is against everything these apps are for.
• The information is not a consumer report. Do not use it for decisions about employment, housing, credit, or insurance; that use is barred by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
• Do not scrape, resell, or republish data from the apps.

Subscriptions

Paid features renew automatically through your Apple account until you cancel in App Store settings. Apple handles billing and refunds.

Liability

The apps come as they are, with no warranties. To the extent the law allows, Timeless Games is not responsible for actions taken based on what the apps display.
