This page describes how the apps published by Timeless Games, including Offender Map, handle information. We designed them to need almost nothing from you: no account, no sign-up, no tracking.

Location

Offender Map asks for your location so it can center the map on where you are and fetch matching public records from our server. That request carries coordinates and nothing that identifies you. We do not keep a history of where you have been, and location is never used for ads or tracking.

Everything else

Setup choices you make inside the app stay on your phone. We hold no names, emails, contacts, or photos, because the apps never ask for them.

The records themselves

Registry entries shown in the app are public information published by state governments. We relay it for personal awareness and cannot vouch for any single entry being current. Using it to harass anyone is forbidden and may be illegal.

Purchases

Any subscription is billed by Apple through your App Store account. Payment details never pass through us.

Retention and requests

Server logs of queries rotate out automatically, and nothing in them is tied to a person. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected] and we will sort it out.
